The company DPO will create Processing Records for the organization with the aid of developers.

Create a ProcessingRecord Instance ⚖️
The first step in creating a ProcessingRecord is to define the general information about a Processing Record and create the entity to which all other ProcessingRecord data will be associated.

Setting ProcessingRecord Purpose and LegalBasis ⚖️
The initial step for registering ProcessingRecords requires your organization’s DPO to create or select an existing Purpose to associate to a LegalBasis.
If an existing Purpose is selected, associated DataCategories and DatatYpes will automatically be assigned to the ProcessingRecord being defined.
Every ProcessingRecord should be associated with a LegalBasis on which the DataProcessing is legally grounded.
