Registering Your Organization (Environment Declaration)

The initial steps for configuring your system to work with ALIAS require you to provide information about your company and its officers responsible for administering the rules governing the treatment of Personal Data and managing processing records. This is generally the responsibility of the DPO.

Adding a Company ⚖️

Add information about the business that is acting as a data processor and responsible for managing processing records.

Create Company

Register Providers, Partners and Other Legal Person ⚖️

Define legal entities (e.g. companies, associations, foundations, supplier, etc.) that the company has business relationships with and play a role in Personal Data processing.

Instances of the Legal Person entity will represent your company and its affiliates

Adding Departments ⚖️

Add business units or services in the company dealing with personal data.

Create Department

Adding Natural Persons ⚖️

Provide information about the individuals in charge of managing the people in the departments or in charge of personal data questions.

The DPO fills the information about the people related to the organization involved in the data protection.

Defining the DPO ⚖️

A specific natural person for whom information must be provided is the DPO themselves.

A specific individual ALIAS requires information about is the CEO, who is defined through the /ceo endpoint.
